THE Government has increased the duty on cigarettes and tobacco products yet again.
This will not solve any problem, rather it will encourage the fake cigarette shops which are opening up all over the town.
For some reason or another, neither Trading Standards nor the police have been able to control their expansion.
This is harming the genuine shopkeepers, the health of the community and the nation’s pocket very badly indeed.
