I HAVE often tried to put into words my views of Boris Johnson as a leader, and failed. However, author Philip Pullman has done it for me.
He points out that none of us were able to vote for Mr Johnson to be our leader, and so I do not have to feel responsible for what is happening right here right now.
Every Conservative MP who gave him their vote must bear that little burden.
So, my thanks to Mr Pullman, not just for his wonderful books, but for his hilarious and oh so true observations on Boris. Read them and reflect.
