HEAR ALL SIDES: Letters to the Editor
GIVEN unemployment is now knocking at many people’s doors, it is time for all councils and councillors to start creating jobs for local people.
Bring back the jobs that once existed many years ago when the council was one of the major employers of the time, street cleaners, cemetery wardens, park wardens, highways, maintenance, countryside wardens etc the list goes on.
Time for councillors to start earning their expenses.
