LAST October I had to pay a parking fine for outstaying my welcome by 13 minutes at Lidl in Richmond despite having made purchases at the shop and felt I had been badly treated.
However, I have no sympathy for those in receipt of parking fines, over 550 were issued, on Thursday in Bournemouth. The town was crowded out and those people on the beach obviously had no respect for the social distancing ruling in operation.
Regretfully, it shows England in a very poor light.
