HEAR ALL SIDES: Letters to the editor
ON Saturday (Jan 4), The Northern Echo, carried a report on a Mr Casamitjana, an ethical vegan, who said it covered almost every aspect of his life, “he goes as far as avoiding holding onto leather straps or seating on leather seats”. Fair enough.
He then goes on to say he “prefers to walk rather than catch a bus in order to avoid accidental crashes with insects or birds”. Some people need to get a life!
