I AM writing to say how impressed and pleased I was on my two recent visits to Durham Diagnostic & Treatment Centre at Belmont Industrial Estate, Durham.
On both occasions the reception staff and nurses were very welcoming, helpful and friendly and I was called in within minutes of arriving for my appointment.
I would like to make a very special mention of the staff grade doctor, Anna Maclure of the Urology Department, who treated me and was absolutely marvellous throughout the entire procedure in everything she said and did.
I extend a sincere and very big thank-you to you and everyone at this excellent treatment centre.
