BETHANY-MEGAN ROBINSON (HAS, Sept 11) suggests that in the Brexit referendum, the "leave" campaign won "fairly and squarely".

A very odd claim in that amongst other things, the Leave campaign is still under a criminal investigation over the misuse of funds, whilst the mastermind behind the campaign, Dominic Cummings is in contempt of Parliament for refusing to appear before a select committee to answer questions on the running of the campaign.

The activities of Cambridge Analytica and Facebook data harvesting only add to suspicions. Hardly a fair and square result I would suggest.

A rerun of the whole referendum seems the only way to resolve Boris's dilemma
