I HAVE long been of the opinion that Parliament is a political game played solely by the inhabitants of Westminster village and totally divorced from the everyday lives of the general electorate who put them there.
We now have an unpredictable clown in charge of the circus and the really sad thing is there is no credible alternative.
The USA have Donald Trump while we have Boris Johnson.
Roll on the next general election when I can express my despair at all the major parties and vote Brexit – even though it may risk Jeremy Corbyn in No 10 – heaven forbid!
