I SEE that Darlington Borough Council are yet ripping more green land up again to build more units (empty) on the so called Ingenium (means Genius) Parc off Yarm Road, when we have Patons and Baldwins massive factory units which have been empty for years. Why didn’t the council renovate these factory units instead of ripping our green land up?.
