I WOULD like to know what other readers this of this.
My daughter was going to Morrisons and as I was staying for a week I gave her some money for a DVD.
But when she came back she’d bought a DVD I already had at home.
The next morning, she returned to the store with it, unopened, but they would not take it back or allow her to exchange it. It cost £10. I’m a pensioner and that’s a lot of money for nothing.
