I AM very concerned about what the future holds for our country.
It seems clear to me that the lack of support from Boris Johnson was the main reason for our ambassador to the US, Sir Kim Darroch, resigning after the leaking to the press of his honest appraisal of how dysfunctional the Trump White House is.
The way that Johnson was weak and gave in to Trump should fill us all with dread.
Bearing in mind that Trump has called for our NHS to be on the table in post-Brexit trade talks and Johnson had already talked about "reforms" to the NHS, we really should fear for the future of both the NHS and our country in general.
It certainly seems to be a strange way of taking back control.
