THE BBC programme Question Time on June 13, was from Brecon, the parliamentary constituency where Conservative MP Chris Davis has been unseated, having been found to have made false expenses claims.
In the programme the question arose concerning Boris Johnson’s suitability to be Prime Minister.
From an audience of about 150 vetted people, a cross section of the general public, and a panel of five, only three, 1.5 per cent expressed support for Boris Johnson being the next Prime Minister.
In the context of a test of public opinion, this result, from a Conservative held constituency, shows that election of the Prime Minister should include more than just Conservative Party members.
