I WOULD like to thank everyone in the Spennymoor ward for electing me as their representative onto Spennymoor Town Council and I would also like to thank those in Middlestone Moor and Byers Green that voted for me for Durham County Council.

Your support is very much appreciated.

The achievement of being elected would not have been possible without the support of my wife and family and I thank them too.

I would like to congratulate another Independent candidate, Ian Geldard, in being elected to Durham County Council to represent Spennymoor and a thank you to all the other candidates for conducting a clean campaign.
