IF the planned Darlington bypass from Coatham to Great Burdon was passed, it would solve all the road problems on Whinfield Road (HAS, Nov 3).
It’s just what the motorist wants with the money promised by Theresa May for safer roads and to stop the bottlenecks with so many heavy goods vehicles on the road which is a danger for everyone in the area. It’s getting worse the longer we wait.
