FOLLOWING E Gendle’s letter about Brexit (HAS, Oct 12), let’s look at the bigger picture concerning industry and manufacturing.
The way I see it is Great Britain and democracy is the biggest picture. GB belongs to us and we voted to keep it.
If the remoaners and industry are so enamoured by the EU, they why oh why not just up sticks and move there?
They will no doubt pass plenty of immigrants coming here.
Don’t the prospective immigrants know that we are leaving the remoaners’ beloved EU? Don’t they know about our lousy weather, our pathetic railways, our exorbitant taxes, our austerity, the food banks etc?
Yet they still keeping coming to GB, the best country in the world bar none (for all its faults).
If only all the remoaners would leave for their beloved EU we would have plenty of housing/accommodation for all the fans and admirers of GB who are making their way here.
Before they depart, I would just like to say goodbye, good luck and good riddance!
