MARK ANDERSON claims that leave voters like himself believe that the price of a no-deal Brexit will be worth it (HAS, Sept 20).

Really?

So they think that Jaguar LandRover moving on to a three-day working week and shedding tens of thousands of jobs is ok?

Are they happy that Traidcraft of Gateshead which pioneered Fair Trade has just announced that it is closing in December due to the fall in Sterling as a result of Brexit?

What about Britain’s economic growth, which prior to the referendum was the best in the G7 but is now the worst? What about the ongoing loss of thousands of NHS doctors and nurses, or the rising cost of imports which has already resulted in high street price rises and problems for the retail sector?

Finally, does Mr Anderson actually believe that the Daily Mail and its chairman Viscount Rothermere, or Jacob Rees-Mogg with his millions, or Boris Johnson and his Eton-educated cronies are not part of the establishment that he appears to dislike?

Yes, we’re leaving the EU but just wait until we see the true price tag the Brextremists have been concealing.
