SHE was only there for a few days but Hurricane Florence has caused a massive amount of damage in the US.
Of course, some weather events can last a lot longer.
For instance Storm Donald has been raging for two years now and shows no sign of going anywhere soon.
So the hatches will have to stay battened down.
