Prime Minister Theresa May
HAVING being a Labour voter for more than 50 years, I am disgusted with the way Theresa May is being treated by certain members of her own party.
They don’t seem to remember that she went against her own choice in the Brexit vote to fight for the people’s choice and fight for the rights of the voters, putting them before her own party lines.
To many Tory wannabes, it may look like a weakness that could be exploited but truly, it is a quality we rarely see in political leaders and long may it continue.
For the good of the UK I hope Theresa May ignores the rebels and carries on as she has the backing of the vast majority of the voting public.
