I WRITE regarding The Northern Echo’s story about a bullock which fled from Darlington cattle mart and chased members of the public (Echo, Mar 1).
While this incident must have been very frightening for the people involved, I take exception to the lady who likened the scene to a comedy.
That bullock must have been terrified, and anyone who can find it amusing must have no compassion and a very warped sense of humour.
