Keeping her pecker up
Roxxi, the anxious parrot, is back on the up after being prescribed Prozac.
The African Grey used to be full of fun and enjoyed nothing more than sliding down the banister at home on Merseyside but then she began to suffer from anxiety and her life went into a slide.
After medical treatment, Roxxi is said to be enjoying life again with 12 other parrots looked after by Marjy Newton, a volunteer with the bird charity Problem Parrots.
