A THEATRE production celebrating the story of a music giant will be performed in the region on its UK tour.

Steve Steinman’s Anything For Love – The Meat Loaf Story will stop at Middlesbrough Theatre on Saturday, September 28.

For the past two decades, Mr Steinman has constantly toured globally with his hit show with over 2,000 performances and over a million tickets sold worldwide.

He has performed in iconic venues in the world such as Sun City, South Africa and the London Palladium, which Steve rates as one of his all-time achievements.

Now in it's 27th year of continuous touring, Steve Steinman will be joined on stage by by Lorraine Crosby, who nearly three decades ago sang the words with Meat Loaf “I Would Do Anything For Love (But I Won’t Do That)” and featured on the album Bat Out Of Hell II - Back Into Hell.

As Meat Loaf is no longer touring, Lorraine said: “I can’t think of a better person who can do Meat Loaf’s epic songs justice.

"I’m really excited to be part of such an incredible show, I’ve turned down many offers to perform this song, but Steve’s reputation and his productions are phenomenal."
