THERE’S a feast of fun for all the family at a special event tomorrow.

The Big Event at Middlesbrough Sports Village is aimed at children and young people with disabilities, who live in Middlesbrough and their families.

The free event – in partnership with Parents 4 Change – will feature a wide range of fun accessible activities.

The Sports Village’s new collection of accessible bikes will be launched, visitors will be able to try out the new sensory room and children’s views will be sought on the services and support available to them locally.

Ben Lee, of Middlesbrough Council’s Children with Disabilities Team, said: “We’re making great progress in Middlesbrough in terms of the support that is available to families of children and young people with disabilities.

“The Big Event is a great opportunity to come along and find out more, and we hope as many people as possible will come along on the day.”
