Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council is reminding anyone experiencing difficulties that it is possible to claim an advance payment within three working days of your claim.
Council Leader Sue Jeffrey said: “We don’t want anyone to fall into unnecessary difficulties, especially at Christmas. Anyone who is in trouble shouldn’t hesitate to get the support they need.”
