A MOTORCYCLIST fractured both hands in a collision with a car.
Police are appealing for for witnesses to the collision between the bike and a Nissan Pulsar Park Vale Road, Middlesbrough, at 5.10pm last Thursday, October 25.
Witnesses are asked to contact Sgt Daniel Badger of the Cleveland and Durham Specialist Operations Unit via the 101 number, quoting Event 196873.
The Nissan, driven by a 43 year old woman, entered Park Vale Road from Lothian Road. The motorcycle had been travelling on Park Vale Road towards Grove Hill and it collided with the rear of the Nissan.
The 21-year-old man riding the motorcycle was taken to James Cook University Hospital where he received treatment for fractures to both hands, and bruising to his arms and legs. He was subsequently released.
