THIS knitted Captain Tom is the latest addition to a growing army of "lock down heroes" made by a keen crafter.
Julie Everson, who is a member of Stockton on Tees Soroptimists, has been knitted the figures to put in the window of her Yarm home.
She said: "It all started with a mini medic and then her local post lady asked about doing one for posties and it grew from there."
The latest addition to the team is a knitted Captain Tom Moore, who is celebrating his 100th birthday today and has raised more than £30m for the NHS.
Other lockdown heroes include a pharmacist, Stockton Borough Council worker, Cleveland Police officer, teacher, paramedic, a volunteer, a postal worker, a Cleveland Fire Brigade firefighter, NHS worker, Morrisons worker, someone from Northumbrian Water and a Stockton Soroptimist.
Stockton Soroptimists, which supports a number of local charities, has been continuing to help out throughout the Coronavirus crisis. Members have been sending thank you cards to local care homes and have been donating fabric and sewing scrub bags for the Teesside Scrub Hub, which are used by front line staff.
