One of the UK’s leading dessert brands is calling on residents in Middlesbrough to nominate local community heroes who deserve a delicious sweet treat.

Creams is currently only open for takeaway and delivery, but the Middlesbrough is involved in the campaign to reward and say thank you to the nation’s everyday heroes, including NHS workers, delivery drivers, supermarket staff, and other key workers.

Creams’ community heroes will each receive a Creams Indulgence Bundle delivered their door, including an array of scrumptious treats such as a freshly baked waffle with sweet toppings and gelato.  Creams have partnered with Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats on the initiative.

Nominations can be made via Creams’ social media channels, Instagram and Facebook page Creams Café, and share the story behind their nomination.

Adam Mani, CEO Creams Café, said: “We want to bring Creams’ famous sweet treats to those who deserve them most at this incredibly difficult time.  It’s a chance for us to create a little moment of excitement and indulgence for all the people out there who are making a real difference to their communities. This is about celebrating their fantastic efforts and sharing their stories with the wider world.”

The launch of the Creams Heroes campaign comes as the dessert brand unveils Creative Thursdays – a weekly online series designed to inspire creativity and help parents keep their children entertained. Available via Creams’ social media channels.
