A PUBLIC meeting about Brexit and other issues is being held by Laura Pidcock.

The North-West Durham MP has said she wants to hear from people about their views of Britain’s withdrawal from the European Union.

The constituency voted 56 per cent in favour of leaving during the referendum in June 2016.

Ms Pidcock said: “The handling of our leaving the EU is of the utmost importance and I want to hear directly from my constituents about this matter.

“There is however a concerted crowding out of all of the other issues that matter to my constituents, though, and I am adamant that they are heard too.”

The meeting is being held on Friday at 6.30pm at St Catherine’s Community Centre in Crook. To attend call 01207-501-782 or email laura.pidcock.mp@parliament.uk
