AWARD-winning Dales artist Stacey Moore has opened her first-ever 'pop-up' gallery in Richmond.

Ms Moore, who has a permanent gallery in Hawes, has branched out into Richmond for the Christmas period only and the gallery, on the Market Place, will host a special open day on Saturday where visitors are invited along to have a browse while enjoying a festive drink and treat.

Small business success for Stacey

Talented animal-loving entrepreneurs join forces

Ms Moore said: “I’m delighted to be opening a pop-up gallery in Richmond market place for the run up to Christmas.

"I couldn’t think of a better place than Richmond, which is fast becoming known as the art place of the North.

"Please join us for our open day this Saturday with mulled wine and mince pies, all welcome.”

The pop up gallery is open everyday up until Christmas eve.

Ms Moore is an award winning coloured pencil artist who specialises in British wildlife and farm animals and is influenced by her Dales surroundings.

She became professional in 2014 and in early spring 2016 she pursued her dreams and opened up The Stacey Moore Gallery in her hometown of Hawes.

Her original drawings and limited edition prints are now highly sought after by animal lovers across the world.

And just last month Ms Moore won the 'Best Creative Business' at the North regional finals of the Rural Business Awards which were held at Newcastle University.

Following the impressive achievement at the regional final, Stacey Moore Ltd is now going on to represent the North against businesses from all over the country at the national final in February 2020.
