SEVERAL pieces of jewellery have been found left outside a HSBC branch in York.
The pieces, which police believe to have sentimental value, have been left at different times over the December and January period.
A silver embellished locket on a chain along featuring two pictures, and a loose photo were found outside the HSBC branch on Parliament Street on December, 12.
A white gold wedding band was later found on Stonegate in the city centre on December, 21 and a 'very small' rose gold wedding band was found outside the bank again, on Sunday, January 20.
North Yorkshire Police are urging anyone who could have information as to who owns the items to contact police on 101.
