VOLUNTEER CALL: Richmondshire Macmillan Cancer Care group is appealing for volunteers to help with a bucket collection event on Friday, April 26 and Saturday, April 27.
The fundraising drive will take place at Tesco, Catterick Garrison between 9am and 6pm and organisers say any help will be greatly appreciated.

ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE: Workshops for people with back, neck and joint pain will take place at the Station, Richmond, on Saturday, April 13 and in Barnard Castle on Saturday, April 20.
Director of Dolphin Alexander Courses Gail Barlow will be giving introductory courses in Alexander Technique for people with problems with their backs and necks relating to activity, stress or posture.Workshops last three hours and cost £30.
