Northumbria Police are appealing for information following a four-vehicle crash at Sunderland
A MAN was arrested following a four-vehicle crash in Sunderland.
It happened at around 11.35am on Wednesday, May 31, on the B1404 between Houghton Le Spring and Warden Law.
A 61-year-old woman was taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
A 37-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
Northumbria Police are asking witnesses to call them on 101.
