TWO bicycles were stolen during a house burglary.
Police investigating the break-in and theft, which occurred in Chester-le-Street between Sunday, April 28 and Monday, April 29, are appealing for information.
Two ladies' bikes, both said to be distinctive, were taken from the property.
They were a Raleigh Motus electric bike, in grey, and a black and purple Giant Rove 2.
Anyone with informationh about the theft or the whereabouts of the bikes is asked to contact PC 2495 Margaret Smith at Durham police by calling 101, extension 752347, or emailing margaret.smith@durham.pnn.police.uk
