Dryburn Theatrical Workshop is celebrating its 40th anniversary year with this electrifying production of Grease. The show features all the songs from the hit film, including You’re the one that I want, Summer Nights and Greased Lightning!.
Lee Passmoor, chairman of Dryburn Theatrical Workshop, said, “We and the original ‘Grease’ film are both celebrating our 40th anniversary this year – amazingly, the film premiered on June 13 and was released on June 16, coinciding with our opening and closing shows. So we’re absolutely thrilled to be putting on this hugely popular musical.”
Show times are at 7.15pm from today until Saturday, with a matinee at 2.30pm on Saturday, at the Park View Theatre in Chester-le-Street.
