ARTISTS are putting on an exhibition to raise money for their local village hall.

The exhibition in Croft Village Hall will be held this weekend featuring a range of artwork and craftmanship.

A preview evening took place on Thursday night to raise money for ShelterBox, a Cornish charity which sends goods to disaster areas with its latest project to help Japan.

The exhibition continues today, April 1, and tomorrow at 10am to 4pm.

Organiser Karen Chaytor said work on show would include paintings, pastel drawings, textiles, ceramics and homemade plates.

It is the third time the exhibition has been held with proceeds going towards village hall funds. Entry is £2.
