COUNCIL staff have been out and about painting "guide lines" in parks to remind people about social distancing rules.
Darlington Borough Council workers were out at some of the town's parks today painting the 2m lines at entrances to help people keep their distance over the weekend.

People are being warned to stay home over the long bank holiday weekend but are still able to visit parks in the town to do exercise once a day.
Staff have also been putting stickers on public waste and dog poo bins to warn them that they are not being emptied as regularly as normal as a result of the coronavirus.
The council, which emptied as many bins as possible today, is asking people to take their litter and bagged dog poo home to put in their own general waste bin.
