DOGS Trust Darlington is appealing for a home for 12-year-old Staffordshire bull terrier Bruno.

Bruno is currently in a foster home on Dogs Trust’s Home From Home Programme, but is looking for his forever home.

A trust spokesman said: “Bruno is a more refined gentleman, but he still enjoys living his life to the full. He has the cutest little face that lights up and can bring a smile to everyone he meets. He is sweet natured and loves his food, perhaps even a little too much sometimes. Like most of us after Christmas, Bruno is on a fitness regime and is slowly increasing his exercise levels by having frequent short walks. Bruno is a huge fan of relaxing and snoozing the day away; having already found his favourite spot on the sofa.

“Bruno is looking for a cosy retirement home where he can relax, potter about and generally just chill out. He can live with children over the age of eight and would like someone to be around most of the time as he does enjoy human company.”

Bruno is one of more than 80 dogs at the Darlington centre looking for a home. For more information about Bruno or any of the other dogs at Dogs Trust Darlington contact the centre on 01325-638143 or email Darlington@dogstrust.org.uk.
