A NORTH-EAST artist will be opening her home to visitors in a celebration of a landmark's anniversary.
Artist Rosie Morris will be holding a pop-up exhibition in Middlesbrough, with work submitted by local artists, to mark the 108th anniversary of the Transporter Bridge.
She will be opening the doors of her home on Pioneering Way, located almost underneath the bridge itself, where the variety of work will be displayed for one week in a 'Tees Transporter Bridge Special'.
With the opening night yesterday, October 17, the free art gallery invites members of the public to see work that is inspired by the Transporter Bridge while supporting local talent in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Earlier this year, Miss Morris hosted another gallery at her home celebrating all things Middlesbrough to mark the summer's Radio 1 Big Weekend.
The Transporter Bridge gallery will run until Thursday, October 24.
