A RECRUITMENT open day is being held as part of Volunteer Week.
Healthwatch Darlington will host its open day at Jubilee House on Chancery Lane, Darlington, on June 5.
As part of Volunteer Week, June 1 to June 7, the recruitment open day will take place from 11am to 3pm.
The open day will give members of the public the chance to ask questions about its volunteer programmes, including Youthwatch Darlington for 14 to 25-year-olds, meet current staff members and volunteers, find out about available roles and have a tour of the Healthwatch Darlington's town-centre office.
A spokesperson said: "This is a fantastic opportunity for Healthwatch Darlington to pay a special thank you to all of our volunteers, to shout about our volunteering opportunities and to show case the fantastic contribution our volunteers make every day to service users, patients and their families living in Darlington."
