A FORMER X Factor winner will be visiting Darlington next year as part of a vampire visit to the Hippodrome.

Former X-Factor winner Sam Bailey gets her vampires teeth fitted ready for the Steve Steinman’s Vampires Rock show which comes to Darlington Hippodrome on Monday, January 21.

Ms Bailey will take up the role of the Vampire Queen in the hit touring musical extravaganza Vampires Rock Ghost Train for its 2019 Spring tour.

The singer secured the Christmas number one in 2013 with her cover of Demi Lovato's Skyscraper, after she won the tenth series of the hit ITV talent search.

She supported Beyonce on part of her UK tour in 2014, and in 2016, she was cast as Mamma Morton in the UK tour of the musical Chicago alongside John Partridge and Hayley Tamaddon.

A spokesperson for Darlington Hippodrome said: "This rock-tastic, hilarious, musical show lives up to its rocking reputation.

Darlington Hippodrome recently celebrated its one year anniversary following its multi-million pound revamp.
