AN author taught the magic of reading to children in Darlington this week.
GP Taylor spoke to 100 youngsters when he visited the town's Crown Street library as part of a project to increase reading.
Mr Taylor, the author of the best-selling Shadowmancer and Tersias novels, also introduced his book The Tizzle Sisters and Eric, which is part of his own project to aid child literacy.
After his talk, other library users were able to meet him.
