OVERSEAS students have praised the learning experience at Teesside University.

The International Student Barometer (ISB) Survey 2017 has revealed high levels of satisfaction at the university.

There was high praise for the careers service, which received a 100 per cent satisfaction rate while the library, learning technology, IT support, expert lecturers, campus buildings and counselling service all received satisfaction rates above 95 per cent. Overall satisfaction was 94.4 per cent.

Dr David Bell, pro vice-chancellor (International) at Teesside University, said: “It is fantastic to see this extremely positive feedback from our international students and it is a testament to all the hard work and dedication of staff across the whole university. We have invested heavily to improve our student and learning experience and the positive results from the ISB demonstrate the impact of this decision.

“We will continue to invest and to improve our offer to ensure that Teesside University remains a positive choice for students from all over the world.”
