POLICE on Teesside are concerned about the theft of two air rifles - one fitted with sights - during a burglary.
The two guns together with an army combat jacket, shirt, trousers and socks were stolen from a shed on Marshall Avenue, Brambles Farm, Middlesbrough, sometime on Wednesday.
It is believed the victim of the break-in is a collector of army memorabilia.
The gun fitted with sights is a 'Stealth' air rifle with a steel shoulder rest, while the other weapon has a wooden under lever, which is bent.
A Force spokeswoman said: "Police are investigating.''
Anyone with information about the break-in should contact Cleveland police on (01642) 303126.
