THIRTEEN women are baring all for a charity calendar.
They appear nearly naked in an Uncovered Charity Calendar for 2011 in aid of the British Heart Foundation, with only strategically placed props for cover.
They are pictured outdoors at locations across County Durham, Tyneside, Wearside and Northumberland.
Photographer Stephanie Proud, who is Miss February, said: “The 2011 calendar is an amazingly brave and classy calendar featuring local extraordinary ladies.
“As the photographer, I am extremely proud of the 12 ladies that joined me this year, after they built up the courage to be photographed at their most vulnerable moment.”
Miss Proud, 26, from Stanley, County Durham, recruited other models by word-ofmouth and through social networking website Facebook.
Cheryl Edgar, who is Miss May, said: “I had a right laugh.
“Doing something I have never done before for a great charity was an amazing experience.”
The calendar will be on sale from November priced £5, of which £4 will go to the charity.
The remainder will cover production costs.
