A GROUP of Finnish business students are to visit Durham City this week.
Students from the Mercuria Business School, in Vantaa, paid a short visit to the city last year, but are to return tomorrow for a week-long stay, during which they will find out more about business in Durham.
During their stay, the 19-year-olds and two teachers will visit local businesses B&Q and Corepeople, along with tourist attractions Beamish Museum and Dur-ham Cathedral and castle.
English teacher Ildiko Lonnrot, who organised the trip, said: "The students in the group are third-year students so they have a good general knowledge of business operations and they have specialised in various fields - marketing, retail business, and accounting."
