A YOUNG performing arts student has won tickets to a West End show.
Six-year-old Megan Lundberg claimed the tickets for Mary Poppins after winning first prize in Stagecoach Theatre Arts' annual design a Christmas card competition.
Her card, featuring Rudolph and a Christmas pudding, was sent out to more than 25,000 children who attend Stagecoach classes.
Megan, of Arkengarthdale, North Yorkshire, attends Stagecoach in Darlington on Saturdays.
Trudy Hindmarsh, principal of Stagecoach Darlington, said: "The first I knew of Megan's success was when I saw the winning card design displayed on a poster at our annual conference in October. I thought it was cute, but then realised that one of my students had designed it and I was thrilled for her."
