A six-week healthy eating class will be starting at Greencroft Comprehensive School, near Stanley, on Tuesday, November 1, from 4pm to 6pm.
Anyone aged over 50 who would like to join a group of students and prepare and eat a healthy meal under the supervision of qualified staff can call (01207) 280119 to book a place.
