A CELEBRATION of art around the world has given a group of schoolchildren food for thought.
Children at Keldholme School, in Ormesby Road, Middlesbrough, are spending all week learning about art in different cultures.
As well as learning about dance, poetry, acting and crafts from around the world, the children have been enjoying international food.
School spokeswoman Caroline McHale said: "Different groups have been doing different activities and they have really enjoyed it.
"The theme of the week is Friendship Around the World, and it has really fired everyone's imaginations.
"It's great we have been able to get professionals into school to work with the children."
The year seven, eight and nine pupils will show what they have learned at a concert tomorrow evening in the school.
