MFI Homeworks is investing £500,000 pounds to introduce a new experience in furniture shopping to Stockton.

A new MFI Homeworks store will open on Parkfield Road Retail Park, Parkfield Road on Thursday 31st August, featuring a 20,000 sq. ft. showroom.

The Stockton store is the latest addition to a UK network of over 140 MFI Homeworks stores. As well as top kitchens and bedrooms from leading brands Hygena and Schreiber, visitors to the Stockton store will be able to view state-of-the-art appliances from top names like Bosch and SMEG as well as an exciting range of free-standing dining furniture, tables and chairs.

The new-look showroom will also feature a comprehensive selection of beds, including leading brands like Silentnight, and for those who work from their study or spare room, the store also offers the latest from the Home 2 Office furniture range.

In addition to first-class sales advice, all kitchen and bedroom purchases are delivered free to your home and there is also an option of installation by a skilled team of MFI Homeworks fitters.

The Stockton store is installed with a state-of-the-art computer aided design (CAD) system, allowing customers to see their own 3-D kitchen or bedroom plan in full colour 'photorealism'.

General manager Richard Western will spearhead the launch along with sales manager, Malcolm Boyle.

Between them this dynamic duo has notched up over 42 years experience with the company, and are certainly no strangers to meeting the needs of local customers.

Richard comments: "The introduction of MFI Homeworks to Stockton represents a significant investment by the company, reflecting our confidence in the local economy.

"The store itself provides new options for customers shopping for furniture. Local householders will be spoilt for choice once we open our doors and my staff are looking forward to providing a warm welcome.
