Prizes. - Supreme champion was a BB hfr of Geoff & Liz Walton of Hurworth-on-Tees. This beast weighed 540kgs & was purchased by Quality Fare supermarkets at 225p per kilo totalling £1,215. Reserve champion, a Lim hfr, again owned by the Waltons was also purchased by Quality Fare supermarkets. Weighing 470kgs & selling at 168p per kilo is totalled £789.60p. The overall best young bull, a Lim owned by Tom Walls of West Rounton & weighing 630kgs was purchased at a price of 112p per kg totalling £705.60p.
