PEOPLE taking part in an adult learning scheme are being given an opportunity to win up to £100 in the first of four prize draws.
The Darlington Learning Town Group launched the Passport to Learning scheme last month, with actor Ricky Tomlinson, star of television's The Royle Family, launching the project.
Adults in the scheme can enter the prize draws, which run until December, by sending in their name, address and contact telephone number, with details of where they have had their passport stamped.
These should be sent to Ruth Bernstein, Education Department, Town Hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT, by May 7, 2001.
A post box for entries is also available in Darlington Town Hall's reception area.
